The pool closes at 6 which is ridiculous for families and the lifeguards are hardly doing their job. Also the pool deck is a mess often even tho you can't bring any food in. Only the people ordering get to make a mess. Other than the pool situation, the rooms are very nice and clean and the location is ideal.

Clean room

We typically stay at the Wynn, but wanted to try out the Bellagio due to its location and restaurants. However, for supposedly being a luxury getaway, the Bellagio didn’t quite meet the mark. We had a Bellagio suite. We got in early so the check in line wasn’t as long as it normally was but our room wasn’t ready. We were told we would get a message when it was ready. That didn’t happen. The room was beautiful, but the cleanliness was subpar with many spots in the room completely missed in the cleaning process. Housekeeping didn’t come by even once. Lastly, it doesn’t matter how much you pay for a suite, there were several additional costs including parking. Most other hotels offer their suite guests additional amenities and included items at the price point, but the Bellagio missed the mark again. Unless you’re an MGM property member, everything came at a cost. Definitely not worth what we paid for. We tried it for the first time and likely the last.
